The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 10 -12 weeks during the months of May-August, 2021 and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Intellectual Property team is within the Office of General Counsel organization. The Office of General Counsel is responsible for helping our Company succeed in a manner that is responsible and consistent with the company’s values and high ethical standards, complies with the law, and protects and enhances our reputation and other assets. Intellectual property protection has been a crucial incentive for scientific discovery that has brought forth vitally important medicines in use today.

The Legal Internship—Intellectual Property position is available in 2021 in the Intellectual Property.

Responsibility

During your internship appointment you will work closely with experienced IP attorneys on projects primarily in the patent area with key tasks that may include the following:

• Participating in filing and prosecution of patent application(s).
• Assisting in case management and attorney dockets.
• Exploring the relationship of this work to the intellectual property and other industry areas with exposure to different functional areas within the Company.
• Analyzing patent filing strategies in relation to recent regulatory developments and combination products.
• Have sound knowledge of commercial activities.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas.
• Have sound knowledge of commercial activities.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Should have vast knowledge in IAS/ IFRS, Company Act, Income Tax, VAT.
